The Trustees often visit, at their own expense, the Army Cadets at their Annual Camp. In 2018, the camp was located at a regular army base in Lydd on the south coast and in the heat of the glorious summer, the cadets were being trained in a number of skills aimed at improving their soldiering skills along with the personal development.

 

Annual Camp is an opportunity for the Trustees to here updates directly from the ACF Officers and to talk to the individual cadets about their experiences. This event, whilst enjoyable, enable the Trustees to gain a better understanding of current areas of development which enables them to focus their support in the most appropriate manner over the coming year. Apart from a very small amount to support the administration of the Trust, all of the funds raised goes directly to serving cadets.
