Many congratulations to our Commandants wife, Clare Donegan, who has been awarded a BEM in the 2023 New Year honours, the first to be awarded by King Charles III,  for her services to art.

In addition to animal portraits, particularly dogs, Clare paints detailed paintings that include the names of  300-750 names of soldiers that are painstakingly handwritten alongside associated colours, crests and other emblems of their military units.

We also congratulate Sara Williams, Chief Executive Officer at Staffordshire Chambers who has been appointed as an OBE for services to the community. Sara, a long-time supporter of our charity and our local Army Cadet Force, is one of our Associates who plays a key role in strengthening linkages between ourselves and the business community across Staffordshire.
